Etsy.com used one of my photographs!

I was contacted by the admin asking for permission to use one of my photographs in their newsletter 'The Storque'. Of course I said yes! And now it runs across the front page of Etsy.com and is the header of an article! :D

It's amazing how fast you get used to rejection.

Meh, I just got a rejection letter from the Boston ähts festival today. Lots of rejection as of late and I am sort of getting used to it.

Change is inevitable ... change is constant.

Things are changing in a major way, some of it very bad but a lot of it very good. I have a lot of close, old friends who have come back into my life and it's like we never stopped talking for all those years.
Not so good, I almost can't afford my home and have no where to go if I lose it. But I will find a way to make things work. Hopefully I will get some artwork done and up for sale soon. Though I may have to get another job part-time to support myself and keep my house and if that has to happen then I won't have time for art. I do have a new roommate though that is a very near & dear friend.
Although he does not have a job he is making things easier. It's nice to come home to the dishes washed and coffee made. Sweet. He even takes out the garbage when it's nearly full. I have not asked him to do one thing and he has done many. Now just to get him a job and things will be near perfect.
I can't even express how my friends have helped me out in the past few months. I am so very grateful. As hard as things are right now I am able to say, overall, life is good. And fun.
That's what it should be.
Everyone should have friends like mine.

So I don't think I got into the Boston Ahts Festival and that sucks. I am supposed to get an email today if I am in and it's already almost 6.
I haven't been very productive at all because of a recent and MAOR change in my life. I may be moving but I'm not sure yet. Time will tell.
If I move, it's going to be out of state and to either Portland, Oregon or Boston, Massachusetts. Probably more like Boston be again, time will tell.
I hope everyones life if more stable and happier than mine,
